Welcome to the Community Development Division (CDD). CDD is one of three divisions comprising the City of Omaha’s Planning Department. Its primary mission is neighborhood revitalization. Through housing and other community development programs, CDD addresses a variety of quality of life concerns in the City’s older, more distressed neighborhoods.
